Dear MCA Board Member,

Thank you for serving on the McLean Citizens Association Board of Directors. The time and effort you are devoting to the McLean community is greatly appreciated - your efforts are making a difference in our community.

As the Nominating Committee begins its process to nominate members whose terms expire in 2024, we wanted to also proactively reach out to members whose terms expire on May 31, 2025.  To be clear, you have another year before your term expires and we hope you are able to fulfill your term.  However, we understand that circumstances may change that require members to step down earlier than planned.  Please let us know if that is the case, as we want to be prepared to nominate new Board members.  For example, last year two members stepped off the Board shortly after May.

If you are aware of any reason you may not able to fulfill your term, we would appreciate you letting us know by replying to this email before March 10, 2024.
