Dear MCA Members and Interested Parties::
The MCA Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. Please note the early start time. The meeting will be in the McLean Room at the McLean Community Center and will be livestreamed on the MCA's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/mcleancitizens.. Due to space limitations, guests are encouraged to reserve space by replying to this email.
Supervisor, Jimmy Bierman, our newly installed Supervisor, will attend the meeting in person and will make a short statement followed by a Q&A period.
At the January Meeting the Board will be asked to:
1. Approve the 2024 Nominating Committee.
2. Consider amendments to the Policies and Procedures Manual to change the prescribed MCA Resolution Format.
3. Consider a motion to approve up to $750 to co-sponsor the January 27 celebration of Retired Supervisor Foust's service to the Community.
4. Review a draft Membership Survey:
Attached are the Agenda with the Committee Reports and the Draft Minutes of the December Board of Directors meeting.
