Subject: New G.W. Parkway Superintendent to Speak at MCA Meeting
From: McLean Citizens Association

Fellow MCA Member--

Mark your calendars now for our first public-invited event of the fall season!

The McLean Citizens Association (MCA) has arranged a community meeting for the new U.S. Park Service Superintendent Charles Cuvelier to speak and answer questions about the future of Claude Moore Park, the status of repairs to the George Washington Parkway, how it would be affected by new lanes over the American Legion Bridge and other community issues. Join us on Tuesday, September 10 at 7 p.m. at the McLean Community Center. In coming months, MCA will host election debates and meetings on next year's County budget and on our schools, among others, and will be researching and speaking out on issues that affect our community.

Thanks for helping make events like this possible through your membership in the MCA!
