MCA TAKES EXCEPTION TO ARBOR ROW REZONING APPLICATION - REFUSED TO PROVIDE ONSITE WORK FORCE UNITS

The resolution states that MCA supports the provision of affordable and workforce housing. Given the number of office-to -residential conversions in Tysons and McLean, MCA believes that agreeing to this unprecedented exception could lead to similar requests from other developers. A Planning Commission hearing on the project scheduled for February 27 was postponed. A new date for the hearing has not been set.
