Although I’ve not been a member for very long, I discovered through my home owners association it is where neighborhoods come together to tackle community challenges in a positive and meaningful manner.
The value of being a member is a true amplification of a citizen’s voice with elected officials and across the community to solve the challenges we face together.
The MCA is an organization where homeowners can come together to join forces to work with local government entities to fix programs, tackle hard challenges, and work with local government entities to ensure our community continues to thrive.
I have been involved in the Education and Youth Committee. As a mom, I am interested in ensuring our elected officials hear our voices in a meaningful and impactful manner regarding the quality of K-12 education.
I have kids and want to make certain our elected officials hear directly from parents and concerned citizens about the safety and security of our schools, as well as ensuring our children are prepared for the 21st Century.
