PRESIDENT'S REPORT

Hi, my name is Scott Spitzer and I am the new MCA President. I previously served as MCA’s 1st Vice President and Chair of the Planning & Zoning Committee.
I live in downtown McLean with my wife and have family that live in the McLean area. I am an attorney in a solo practice for entrepreneurs, startups and growth companies, many of whom offer state-of-the-art technologies. I've served as General Counsel and in senior legal positions for mid-size, public companies in a broad variety of fields. I am a graduate of Lafayette College, Cornell Law School and Cornell Graduate School of Business and Public Administration.
My experience as Mayor of a suburban New Jersey township, will be invaluable as I seek to lead the MCA’s efforts to assure that our elected officials and county staff hear our voices loud and clear.
