The Letter of support notes that the FDP complies with the initial plans for the property and is consistent with the MCA Board of Directors Resolution for an adjacent parcel that was approved at its September 1, 2021 meeting and, in addition, achieves a reduction in the number of retaining walls and the height of retaining walls between neighboring properties.
