The Resolution also notes that the FCPA Resource Management Division lost ten authorized full time equivalent positions between 2021 and 2022, at the same time that the need for FCPA ecological resource maintenance has grown due to the increase of 739 acres under management between 2011 and 2021.
The Resolution notes that the Invasive Management Areas (IMA) Program relies very heavily on IMA volunteers that the FCPA estimated the value of its IMA volunteer efforts at more than one million dollars since the program’s inception in fiscal year 2016.
