Two New Events - Superintendent Brabrand Q&A with Students & Job Fairs

Mark you calendars! The MCA’s Education and Youth Committee is sponsoring two events:
Dr. Brabrand Q&A with Fairfax County Students is scheduled for March 9 at 7:00 p.m. at McLean Community Center. This is an opportunity for our students to ask questions of the Superintendent. Students rarely get an opportunity to ask questions of general education policy and their perspectives can be both interesting and valuable for “the adults” to consider.
The Jobs Fair will be the second effort to help bring local employers and local high school students together. The Fair will be held in the Community Hall at the McLean Community Center on March 12. at 10:00 a.m.. The Pandemic robbed us of a Jobs Fair last year, but we’re hoping to make this an annual event.
