Fairfax County is considering changes to its policies relating to Rental Workforce Dwelling Units.
The net impact of the proposed changes would increase the availability of rental housing for those who earn less than 80% of the region's Area Median Income, county-wide and in Tysons. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposal on January 27; the Board of Supervisors public hearing is February 23.
